YOUR ROLE
Legacy Marketing is seeking a full-time Field Operations Account executive with proven client service experience to manage the execution of on and off-premise sampling programs at bars, nightclubs, and retail stores. In addition, he or she will oversee the management of remote teams responsible for executing programming. As an industry expert, this person will be knowledgeable of consumer trends and competitor activities enough to produce actionable insights for the client and agency.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Assist with the management of the agency spirits-based field marketing programs and oversee day to day operations to ensure client expectations, objectives and goals are exceeded
- Serve as a point of contact for field teams, agency team, client and distributor partners
- Build, develop and maintain client relationships along with the ability to lead, influence and manage client expectations
- Work to develop, manage and reconcile execution budgets
- Assist with recruitment, interviewing and onboarding of remote field staff;
- Help to develop and implement extensive program-wide training for all staff
- Ensure that program goals and objectives are measured and achieved; review event recaps that are submitted, help to create and fine-tune weekly reports
- Implement appropriate adjustments or changes to field marketing activity based on client/agency direction and key learnings in the field
- Adherence to all program policies and procedures, as well as compliance with federal, state and municipal laws and regulations regarding alcohol sampling throughout the U.S.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- 2 - 4 years of relevant field marketing experience
- College degree required, focus on marketing and communications preferred
- Solid knowledge of field marketing, event planning, or branded programming for on/off-premise
- Must be available to work nontraditional hours; able to respond quickly to evening and weekend calls, emails and unexpected situations
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Developed management, leadership and team building abilities
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, deliverables and provide solutions to obstacles in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, as well as new trending cloud/web technology
- Available for up to 25% travel
- Must be >21 years of age
SALARY & BENEFITS
- $52,000 - $57,000/Year
