Position Overview

The Harvesting Floor Production Associate is a key team member responsible for participating in all aspects of the meat processing process, from working with live animals to ensuring the final packaged products meet our high-quality standards. This role is diverse, fast-paced, and ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in their careers.

Responsibilities

Customer-Centric Focus

• Serve customers with the highest level of care and professionalism in every task you undertake.

Production Process

• Learn and become proficient in all roles within the processing operation over the course of a year.
• Work with live animals, ensuring humane treatment and safety throughout the process.
• Assist in the harvesting of animals in a humane and ethical manner.
• Maintain quality standards, adhering to BOAH (Board of Animal Health) regulations.

Customer Assistance

• Assist customers with the loading of packaged goods

Operational Excellence

• Ensure a clean and safe working environment, following all safety protocols and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

· Physical Requirements:

o Ability to lift 100 pounds or more.

o Ability to stand for extended periods.

· Licenses and Transportation:

o Valid driver’s license meeting MVR & DOT guidelines.

o Reliable transportation throughout the workday.

· Additional Requirements:

o Legal authorization to work in the United States.

o Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

o Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
