Sales Representative - Orange County CA - Urology / GYN / Surgical

This role combines the perks of a large company with the agility of a smaller one. As a Sales Representative, you'll consistently exceed sales targets, leveraging your surgical expertise to handle customer inquiries professionally. You'll travel within your territory, using persuasive sales techniques to drive product adoption and build relationships with key customers and physicians while contributing to territory planning and market updates. Call points include : Selling medical instruments and endoscopic equipment to doctors, hospitals, medical schools, ambulatory surgical centers and clinics.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2 years of surgical product experience must have experience in urology or GYN / Surgical.
- Experience working in operating rooms.
- Excellent communicator, delivering exceptional customer service to clients of all levels.
- Results-oriented, with excellent decision-making and technical skills.
Responsibilities :
Compensation : Salary plus bonus and commission, monthly car allowance, and gas card.
Travel : Extensive within Orange County with limited overnight
Years of Experience : 2 years in medical device with experience in Urology or GYN Surgical.
Degree : Bachelor’s Degree
Location : California, Must reside in Orange County, some travel to San Diego
