This is an in-office position located in Hopkinsville, KY.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Specialist plays a crucial role in the management, optimization, and support of our ERP system, Odoo. This position will integrate key business processes within the ERP system. The ERP Specialist requires a strong understanding of ERP principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Perform day-to-day administration, monitoring, and maintenance of the ERP system.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Apply system updates, patches, and upgrades in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and proactively implement solutions to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configurations, processes, and workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve system-related issues, escalating complex problems to vendors or internal IT teams as necessary.
• Develop and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
• Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for system modifications and enhancements.
• Configure and customize the ERP system implement custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Assist in the design and testing of system integrations with other business applications.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through the effective use of the ERP system.
• Collaborate with process owners to design and implement streamlined workflows within the ERP environment.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data within the ERP system.
• Participate in ERP implementation projects, upgrades, and enhancements, contributing to project planning, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Operations, and Sales, to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Provide timely updates and reports on project progress.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in supporting, configuring, and administering ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.).
• Strong understanding of ERP principles, business processes, and best practices across various functional areas (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues effectively.
• Experience with system configuration, customization, and report generation within an ERP environment, Excel and CSV formats.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to help troubleshoot computer and software issues not related to the ERP a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to sit for prolonged periods.
• Close visual work on computer monitor.

Legacy Metals LLC offers competitive wages contingent upon experience, education, and skills. Starting rate for this role is $70,000/annually.

The schedule for this role is Monday - Friday from 7 am to 3 pm.
