ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Review and verify the accuracy of customer orders for products, such as metal, lumber, doors, windows, fasteners, etc.
- Cross check pick ticket, invoices, and inventory for consistency.
- Ensure that correct quantities, dimensions, and product types are pulled and prepared for each order.
- Inspect materials for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report any issues to the relevant department.
- Ensure all products meet company standards prior to delivery or pick-up.
- Works closely with the warehouse, yard, manufacturing, and delivery departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of verified orders and discrepancies found.
- Assist in the development and refinement of quality assurance procedures to improve order accuracy.
- Aid other departments and customers as needed to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Follow all safety regulations and policies during audits.
- Ensure that products are stored and handled according to proper safety and quality protocols.
- Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Legacy Metals LLC offers competitive wages contingent upon experience, education, and skills. Starting rate is $17.00 / hr.
This is an in-office position with an anticipated schedule of Monday - Friday from 7 am to 5 pm.
