Legacy Mutual Mortgage is an outstanding full service residential mortgage lender originating, underwriting and closing conventional, jumbo, FHA, VA and USDA mortgage loans. In business since 2005, we are dedicated to meeting the home loan needs of individual homebuyers while working with our real estate partners in Texas. The Processor will oversee the file management, communication, and revenue of the Loan Officer and / or Production Associate III. The Processor will be in direct communication with Underwriting, Clients, Realtors, Builders, and Business Partners. This position requires time management, precise communication and have working knowledge of all major investors and their guidelines.

Essential Functions Include :

• Researches all investor guidelines and is up to date in any and all changes that affect the processing or originating of loans in pipeline.
• Clears any conditions that require communication to clients or referring partners.
• Maintains up-to-date pipelines and lead tracker at all times.
• Coordinates submitted files with Underwriting and Closing to meet file expectations.
• Follows up on needs list to receive items back in a timely manner.
• Submits second liens to appropriate investors.
• Re-discloses files.
• Must maintain regular attendance.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
