Legacy Mutual Mortgage is an outstanding full service residential mortgage lender originating, underwriting and closing conventional, jumbo, FHA, VA and USDA mortgage loans. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Mortgage Underwriting with extensive experience dealing with (FNMA / FHLMC / FHA / VA / USDA).
- Knowledge of underwriting guidelines for FNMA / FHLMC / FHA / VA / USDA and can effectively research various guidelines using All Regs or other data repositories.
- Knowledge of consumer lending regulations such as TILA, RESPA, ECOA, HMDA, AND FCRA.
- Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment while collaborating with others inside and outside of the Quality Control function.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, mortgage loan origination system Encompass and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize effectively in fast-paced work environment.
- Required : High School Diploma
- Preferred : College Degree
