Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
- Foster meaningful relationships with residents by being patient, understanding, and attentive to their needs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
- Assist with mobility, turning, and positioning of residents as required
- Document care and observations accurately and in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively with nursing and medical staff to ensure the highest quality of care
- Uphold the values of honesty, respect, and dignity in all interactions with residents, families, and coworkers

- Current CNA certification
