Position: Caregiver (Full-Time / Part-Time / On-Call)
Reports To: Resident Care Coordinator

As a Caregiver, you’ll be at the core of everything we do. We empower our residents to live independently, safely, and with dignity. You’ll provide heartfelt support, encourage positive interactions, and create a sense of home for each individual.
✨ What You’ll Do as a Caregiver:
Assist with ADLs: Help residents with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, always with respect and care.
Support Independence: Escort residents to meals, activities, and events, offering a helping hand when needed, but encouraging them to do as much as they can on their own.
Housekeeping & Laundry: Keep residents' rooms clean and comfortable, offering laundry services as assigned.
Personal Connection: Be the caring person residents can trust, report changes in health, and ensure their emotional and physical well-being is prioritized.
Stay Prepared: Participate in emergency procedures and safety drills, always keeping our residents safe and secure.

✔️ Requirements:
TB Clearance
First Aid & CPR Certification (or willing to obtain)
Background Check & Fingerprint Clearance
Must be 18 years of age or older and fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
