Your Role as a Caregiver:
As a valued member of our team, you’ll:
✅Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and ambulation, all while upholding their privacy, respect, and dignity.
✅Follow personalized care plans to ensure optimal well-being.
✅ Provide support during meals, including assistance with feeding when needed.
✅Maintain a clean, comfortable environment by changing bed linens, managing laundry, and assisting with housekeeping tasks.
✅Uphold infection control standards and follow established safety protocols.
✅Complete required training upon hire and annually to stay current with best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement).✅ 18 years of age.✅ Basic computer skills.✅ Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English.✅ Ability to pass a State Criminal Background Check, LIC 508 Criminal Record Statement, and LIC 503 Health Screening Report.
