Your Role at a Glance:
As our Resident Care Coordinator (RCC), you’ll be at the heart of resident care. You'll oversee our caregiving team, ensure high-quality daily support, and make sure every resident receives the dignity, respect, and personalized attention they deserve. From staff training to resident interactions—you’ll keep the balance between compliance and compassion.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead & Support: Supervise caregivers and ensure all personal care is delivered with excellence.
Monitor & Maintain Standards: From hygiene and grooming to safety checks and documentation, you’ll ensure every detail is in place.
Coach & Train: Provide hands-on support, training, and mentorship for caregivers—especially during onboarding and ongoing education.
Communicate & Collaborate: Work closely with the Resident Services Specialist and Medication Room Coordinator to support all aspects of resident care.
Stay Organized & Compliant: Keep documentation up to date, audit care delivery, and ensure compliance with California Title 22 and CCLD standards.
Step in with Compassion: Address resident concerns and incidents with empathy and follow-up.

✅ Qualifications:
TB Clearance, First Aid & CPR Certification (or willing to obtain)
Fingerprint clearance and criminal background check per CA regulations
Experience in assisted living or memory care preferred
Ability to lift 40 lbs, stand for long periods, and manage physically active work
Experience as a Med Tech or in a supervisory role a big plus!
