Our dedicated sales team, including our Directors of Sales (DOS), focuses on building lasting relationships with homeowners through transparent communication and expert guidance. Using advanced technology and industry best practices, our team works both in person and remotely to ensure a seamless experience from initial offer to closing. We operate with a mission of providing value first and fostering trust in every interaction.


Role Description

Director of Sales (DOS) is a critical role at Legacy Onset Home Buyer (LOBH), reporting to the Acquisition Department. Our DOSs are often known as Closers in our real estate industry and are the ones that attend scheduled appointments, obtain seller situations and need to sell and send offers plus obtain signed purchase and sale agreements. Our DOSs are self starters, one-call closers, have genuine personality and build great relationships with people from all walks of life all done from the phone or in person appointments, coachable and open to growth. 


Our appointment setters that go by Home Buying Associates (HBAs) will set 4-5 appointments  per day for the DOS. The DOS is either on the phone presenting an offer or off the phone attempting to get sellers on the phone to present an offer. DOSs follow an internal LOBH script to provide solutions to home sellers. When the home seller is ready to sell, DocuSign offer is sent, signed and our Disposition team starts working exit strategies. DOSs communicate with homeowners by phone, text message and use our internal customer relationship management (CRM) system Podio to properly capture all key information. DOSs have weekly Brick and Acquisitions tag ups, provide daily end of day reports and also join industry calls that pertain to Sales.   




Qualifications

  • Exceptional proven track record of consistency, relationship building and setting high goals - promise made; promise kept
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in outside and inside sales of peak performance (top 5% in your peer group and industry) 
  • Teachable, coachable and hungry to learn, grow and take feedback 
  • A fast starter, able to use your people skills and talents to build a lasting Sales career
  • Team player; supportive of other team members
  • Fluent in reading, writing and speaking in English (prior experience living in the U.S. or working for U.S.-based companies is highly preferred)
  • Previous real estate not required but actually not preferred; we provide in-depth training
