Construction Superintendent

We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent who can lead our labor crew and subcontractors. You'll help our construction company plan and manage projects from start to finish for homeowners and home builders. Additional responsibilities include daily scheduling, maintaining the safety and compliance of a construction site, and supervising all activities. Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years of construction field experience with leadership skills in managing construction crews highly preferred. $65,000 yearly

• Certify that each building project delivers a high-quality end product, oversee construction staff, and perform on-site assessments daily

• Plans and coordinates all phases of the project from initiation to completion with office admin
• Uses scheduling software to update schedules, track progress, and document project progression
• Recognize and enforce quality standards through daily inspection of homes under construction
• Schedule and perform homeowner walk-throughs, inspections, project upkeep, and enforce safety standards onsite
• Ensure all projects are completed to project specifications
• Develop and maintain good rapport with subcontractors and customers
• Ensure each project delivers a high-quality end product, oversee construction staff, and perform on-site assessments daily
• Basis all decisions on company core values

• Physical stamina to lift at least 40 lbs and use heavy equipment
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office software
• Excellent leadership, time-management, organizational, and communication skills
• A high school diploma is required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Possesses a deep understanding of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building codes, permits, construction equipment, material resources, project management principles, and construction methods
