Description
Legacy Parking is a rapidly growing Parking Management Company in search of a hardworking, outgoing and motivated Parking Enforcement Attendant to join our Charlotte team. The Parking Enforcement Attendant ensures compliance with parking regulations by monitoring designated areas, issues citations, and provides assistance to customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor designated areas to monitor compliance with parking regulations
- Issue citations or warnings to vehicles in violation of parking rules
- Report unauthorized or illegally parked vehicles
- Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting customers with parking-related concerns
- Maintain accurate records of citations issued and incidents encountered
Requirements:
- Strong customer service experience
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills
