Description
Legacy Parking is a rapidly growing parking management company looking to add an Garage Supervisor to our Birmingham team. The Garage Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in the management of the garage. They will ensure that the parking operations are handled within company policies and procedures, fostering good client relations and promoting a professional image.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of staff ensuring compliance with rules of conduct and company policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper functioning of the parking equipment and troubleshoot any issues.
- Assist in the management of day-to-day operations
- Assist with management duties as assigned
- Courteously assist customers
- Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to Management
- May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks
- Other special projects as assigned by location management
Requirements:
- Experience managing employees
- Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and interacting with customers or clients
- Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner
- Must work with and without supervision
