Position Qualifications:
- Current Personal Training Certification
- 1 years of hands-on training experience preferred
- Strong understanding of exercise science, anatomy, and physiology
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn
Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-programmed workouts for 1-6 clients per hour
- Build strong client relationships and inspire accountability
- Provide daily support and motivation to client
- Track attendance and document progress
- Co-host the Healthy Living Scottsdale Podcast
- Participate in weekly training for professional development
