Job Opportunity: Licensed Dentist Needed for Clinic in Peoria, IL
Locum Position: Part-time "Temp" Dentist
*Availability is required for all the dates listed below.*
Facility: Peoria, IL
Dates: April 30, May 1-2, 5-6
Hours: Mon-Wed 7:30a-5:30p, Thur 8a-6p, Fri 8a-1p
Clinical Staff: 2 RDH, 3 DA
Additional requirements/ info: extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth
Responsibilities (can include but may not be limited to):
- Perform basic surgical procedures
- Conduct new patient exams and hygiene checks
- Administer fillings, root canals, extractions, and dentures
Contract Details:
- Compensation: $1200 per day
- Overtime Rate: $225 per hour
- Malpractice Insurance: Provided
- Travel & Lodging Expenses: Covered if necessary
Requirements:
- Updated Curriculum Vitae
- Professional License
- Active DEA Certificate required
- Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience as a dentist.
