Job Summary :

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Pool Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in pool cleaning, maintenance, and repairs, but we are willing to train the right person. If you enjoy working outdoors, have great customer service skills, and want to be part of a supportive team, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

  • Perform routine pool cleaning, chemical balancing, and filter maintenance.
  • Inspect pools and equipment for proper operation and potential repairs.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot common pool issues (water quality, pump / motor issues, leaks, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate service records and report any necessary repairs.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and provide recommendations for pool care.
  • Safely handle pool chemicals and follow all safety protocols.
  • Drive to customer locations within the service area.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in pool maintenance is a huge plus, but not required; we provide training!
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a daily route.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
