Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher Assistant - Spanish Lab to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have experience in educational settings and a strong commitment to educating students of diverse backgrounds. You will play a crucial role in fostering a love for the Spanish language while implementing effective behavior management strategies and lesson planning tailored to meet the needs of all learners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to various learning styles.
• Educate students in the Spanish language, focusing on speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
• Create a positive classroom environment that encourages communication and collaboration among students.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performances.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall educational experience within the school community.

Requirements

• Must be Bilingual (Spanish and English)
• Previous teaching experience in an academic setting is preferred.
• Experience in lesson planning and classroom management techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students and their families.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment for all students.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22,000.00 per year
