What You’ll Be Doing

- Be a Marketing Whiz: Help create eye-catching social media content and drive traffic through creative marketing efforts.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Maintain professional, upbeat communication with prospects, residents, vendors, and teammates.
- Work with the Best: Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure residents have a top-tier living experience.
What You Bring to the Table
- Previous leasing or property management experience is a plus, but we love go-getters with a can-do attitude!
- Knowledge of leasing agreements, tenant rights, and fair housing regulations is a huge advantage!
- Strong data entry, organizational, and multitasking skills.
