As a key member of our team, you will take the lead in leasing operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring all processes comply with housing regulations. We need someone with excellent organizational skills, stellar communication abilities, and a dedication to creating a seamless experience for potential and current residents.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage and Connect: Assist prospective tenants by responding promptly to inquiries, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Property Showcases: Conduct exciting and informative property tours, highlighting the unique charm and amenities that make our community special.
- Leasing Excellence: Prepare and manage lease agreements with precision, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with legal standards.
- Organized Operations: Maintain meticulous records of leasing activities, tenant applications, and contracts.
- Tech-Savvy Efficiency: Utilize property management software like Yardi for data entry and efficient tracking of leasing activities.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with facilities management to ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests, keeping residents happy and satisfied.
- Marketing Guru: Spearhead our community social media pages with unique content, and help drive traffic through all forms of marketing.
- Top-Notch Communication: Deliver outstanding phone etiquette and professional communication with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Marketing Support: Contribute creative ideas to promote vacant units through multiple marketing channels, ensuring high occupancy rates.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: Previous leasing or property management experience is a plus, but a can-do attitude and willingness to learn can take you far.
- Legal Know-How: Familiarity with leasing agreements, tenant rights, and administrative tasks related to leasing is preferred.
- Detail-Oriented Mindset: Proficient in data entry and record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and organization.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
