Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct high-volume incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and tenants in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Manage daily accounts receivable tasks, including processing payments and following up on outstanding balances.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of financial transactions and tenant communications.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and excellent customer service.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a property management or real estate setting.
- Bilingual Spanish: Ability to speak conversationally and write in Spanish
- Phone Skills: Proven ability to handle high-volume calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
- Accounts Receivable: Experience in processing payments, reconciling accounts, and following up on overdue balances.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with property management or accounting software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
