Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Community Association Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing HOAs and condominiums, with a strong focus on communication, teamwork, leadership, organization, and customer service. This position requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to ensure smooth community operations.
This role is office-based with required visits to assigned communities. The position is 20-30 hours per week, with some flexibility based on community needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple HOA and condominium communities.
- Collaborate closely with Board members to implement policies, budgets, and strategic plans.
- Manage association finances, including budgeting, assessments, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects for communities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with homeowners, vendors, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with state laws, governing documents, and community rules.
- Prepare for and participate in Board meetings, providing detailed reports and insights.
- Assist with rule enforcement, homeowner communications, and vendor management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for each association.
Qualifications
- Active CAM (Community Association Manager) license required.
- 3-5 years of experience managing HOAs and condominiums.
- Strong understanding of HOA financial management, budgeting, and reserve planning.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- Customer-service focused with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable transportation required to visit communities as needed.
