Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Electronic Processor to join our electronic wholesale company, specializing in Apple and Android cell phones. The primary responsibility of this role is to receive and process all inventory into our inventory system while following designated workflows to ensure proper organization.
Responsibilities:
- Inventory Processing: Receive and process all incoming inventory, ensuring accurate entry into the inventory management system.
- Device Grading: Assess devices for damages and deficiencies, utilizing software to test functionality and documenting results accordingly.
- Storage Organization: Properly organize all inventory in its designated physical storage
space.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick sales orders from inventory, pack them securely, label them
correctly, and prepare them for shipment.
- Shipping: Deliver packaged orders to the appropriate postal service at the end of each
shift.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to work independently and follow structured workflows.
- Comfortable using inventory management software and testing software for electronic
devices.
- Reliable and trustworthy, as the role includes key access to the building.
Second shift, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM.
Training: Initial training will take place under first-shift staff from 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Compensation: $20 per hour, based on a 40-hour workweek.
