Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales: Close cold leads through door knocking and other prospecting methods while also closing warm leads provided by the company.
- Project Oversight: Ensure jobs are executed successfully by overseeing project progress.
- Materials Management: Order and run materials as needed to support project efficiency.
- Estimating & Selling: Create accurate job estimates and sell core exterior services to clients.
- Pipeline Management: Actively track and grow sales opportunities to maximize performance.
Job Requirements:
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Highly motivated with a drive to close deals and grow business.

Schedule:
- Fully flexible hours with a mandatory weekly meeting every Monday at 9 AM.
Compensation:
- Company truck provided.
- 25% commission on gross profit (after 5% overhead).
