Schedule: Monday thru Friday with on-call duties

Duties:
· Develops and maintains nursing service objectives and standards of nursing practice in accordance with the nursing policies and procedures
· Assesses each resident’s needs and assists in the development of a treatment plan for nursing care to meet the daily treatment and care needs of the resident
· Participates in the interdisciplinary team and works cooperatively with team members to ensure the coordination of care and treatment for the residents are met
· Ensures that nursing personnel provide treatments, medications, diets, rehabilitative nursing care, activities of daily living, protective service, and training in self-care as stated in the care plan to ascertain that optimum comfort and care is provided
· Train nursing staff in the proper provision of direct care to residents
· Lead others through actions consistent with and serve our culture
Qualifications:
· Current RN or LVN license is required
· Minimum of 2 years of Long Term Care experience preferred
· Able to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
· Capable of organizing tasks and managing multiple priorities

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
