This role supports the service team by ensuring that tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset quickly and efficiently. - Assist in delivering a superior dining experience by exceeding guest expectations and anticipating their needs.
- Provide a friendly greeting to guests with a warm, sincere smile.
- Handle guest challenges with tact and patience, ensuring issues are resolved to the guest’s satisfaction.
- Support the service team by assisting with the setup, service, and cleanup of food and beverages.
- Adhere to all service protocols, including managing special dietary needs and allergy precautions.
- Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations, following all cleaning and sanitation procedures.
- Complete all tasks according to the guidelines and standards set out in the Employee Handbook.
- Work cooperatively with all team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and ensure efficient operations.
- Experience in efficiently clearing and resetting tables, and transporting dirty dishes to the designated areas.
- Available to effectively manage a section of tables.
- Ability to safely maneuver furniture such as chairs, tables, highchairs, and booster seats.
- Proficient in using all necessary cleaning tools and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills for following verbal and written instructions.
- Capable of multitasking effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
- Able to work in tight, noisy, and varying temperature conditions.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand and walk during the entire shift, navigating through potential hazards.
