THE BASICS
Pay: This full-time assisting position receives $17 - $19 an hour.

YOUR DAY AS A RECREATION ASSISTANT
As a Recreation Assistant with our senior living community, you're the heartbeat of our residents' day, bringing excitement and connection to each moment! In this assisting role, you partner with the Activity Director to help shape and organize a full calendar of social, cultural, and religious activities that cater to the interests and abilities of our senior community. When it's time to hit the road, you're at the wheel of our large passenger van, ensuring safe, smooth transportation for residents on every outing. Your upbeat, compassionate energy makes each trip memorable, filling the day with joy, laughter, and engagement that brightens our residents' lives!
REQUIREMENTS FOR A RECREATION ASSISTANT
- 18 years of age
- Excellent driving record
- Experience with activities in assisted living and memory care
- Current CPR and First-Aid card
- Up-to-date TB test
- Current food handler's card
- Current fingerprint clearance card
