Job Summary
We are a full service independent insurance agency seeking an experienced customer service professional to support our Account Managers with the service of Commercial Lines Insurance Accounts. This position requires you to be responsible for processing accurate, professional insurance forms and documents, and to provide support to other staff members. This position is expected to work hand in hand with the Account Managers, but also to work independently at times and be problem solvers. Prompt and efficient customer service is vital in this role.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintaining and updating client data base
- Verify Policy Information
- Verify Account Information
- Some billing functions & correspondence with accounting
- Process policy changes & maintenance
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform scanning, document storage, etc.
- Consistent activity log
- Maintain current suspense log
- Proficient use of Agency Management System & Integrating software knowledge
- Excel spreadsheet creation and maintenance
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient use of Applied Epic preferred along with working knowledge of:
- Outlook
- Excel
- Word
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Experience:
