What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager position at Legacy Risk Solutions?
We are a full service independent insurance agency seeking a customer service professional to support our Insurance Producers with the sales and service of Personal Lines Accounts. This position requires you to be fully knowledgeable of the various aspects, coverage, and needs of each account. You will need to become familiar with all carrier rating programs and underwriting guidelines. You will need to assist Producers with the marketing and placement of both new and renewal business. Prompt and efficient customer service is vital in this role. Hybrid office/remote work available.
Responsibilities
- Market accounts for both new and renewal business
- Liaison with producer - expanding book as well as cross sell within existing book
- Review and maintain accuracy within client database system
- Management of endorsements, correspondence, invoicing and billing
Qualifications:
- 3 years Personal Lines Account Manager experience in an independent insurance agency required
- Must hold a current GA P&C License
- Experience with Insurance Agency Management software, specifically Applied Epic is a plus
- The desire to continue to learn, strong customer service skills & develop rapport with underwriters
- Ability to organize time efficiently
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- Fast paced and multi-tasking
