Driver

• At Legacy Roofing, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled dumpster driver and material delivery person to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of waste materials and debris from job sites, as well as the timely delivery of roofing materials. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our warehouse, performing routine fleet maintenance, and assisting with general warehouse tasks. To succeed in this role, you should have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate heavy machinery safely and effectively. You should also have strong communication and organizational skills and be able to work in a variety of weather conditions. Responsibilities:

• Operate a dumpster truck to transport waste materials and debris from job sites to appropriate disposal locations
• Be able to operate a vehicle pulling dumpsters trailer.
• Be able to back up with a dumpster trailer
• Deliver roofing materials to job sites as needed
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the company's warehouse
• Perform fleet maintenance to ensure all company dumpsters are properly maintained and serviced
• Assist with general warehouse tasks, such as receiving and processing shipments
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with customers, particularly homeowners
• Use and maintain communication with the office on CRM.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and effectively

• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a variety of weather conditions

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Previous experience in a similar role, such as driving a commercial truck or working in a warehouse, is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
