Roles and Responsibilities :
- Sell steep slope roofing services following the procedures and practices established by The Company.
- Generate and pursue Steep Slope sales leads
- Maintain sales pipeline in a timely manner through the use of CRM Systems sales spreadsheets and other reporting tools
- Maintain appropriate and timely communications with management regarding sales pipelines customer relationships market trends competitive dynamics and other areas of interest
- Assist staff with collecting accounts receivable as needed
- Help drive the culture of Legacy Roofing Services in professionalism safety responsiveness and quality
- Work with management to implement new procedures to help make Legacy more efficient and effective

Compensation Package :
3-5 years sales experience in the roofing field is required. Demonstrated success in sales within the residential roofing industry. Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with homeowners. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Strong negotiation skills and proficient in basic computer applications Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
