What are the responsibilities and job description for the Embroidery Machine Operator position at Legacy Screen Printing & Promotions?
Legacy Screen Printing is a young company, that has experienced rapid growth since its inception just eight years ago. We are looking for candidates who have a good attitude and get along well with others. Production jobs can be challenging, so we have made an enormous effort to assemble a team of people who enjoy working together and who have a good attitude.
Requirements:
-Willing to show up on time and work hard
-Willing to take accountability and learn from mistakes
-Has a good attitude and gets along well with others
-Capable of lifting boxes up to 40 pounds
-Can learn to check art proofs and read work orders
-Has basic computer knowledge
-Has integrity and humility
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Read and interpret work orders
Hoop garments for machine embroidery
Load hooped garments onto and off of machine
Trim backing on embroidered apparel and prepare for shipment
Maintain high quality standards
Set up and tear down jobs
Adhere to all standard operating procedures for your position
