AR / Billing Associate (Remote – SaaS Industry)
Salary: Up to $80K Benefits
Location: 100% Remote (East Coast preferred)
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator? A growing, VC-backed SaaS company is seeking an AR / Billing Associate to take full ownership of their customer billing and accounts receivable process.
This is a newly created position due to company growth, with the opportunity to make a major impact on a dynamic finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of the AR and billing process
- Generate and issue accurate customer invoices
- Manage collections and follow up with customers
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy
- Assist with process improvements and scaling of billing operations
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in AR and billing functions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with NetSuite is a major plus
- Experience in a SaaS or project-based environment is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
