Are you an experienced accounting professional with QuickBooks expertise looking for a stable, 40-hour workweek in a professional office environment? Do you have a strong customer service mindset and the ability to manage financial operations while maintaining great relationships? If so, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
✅ Handle AP/AR, reconciliations, and general accounting (QuickBooks experience is a must!)
✅ Work closely with our external accounting partner for tax planning & technical support
✅ Oversee finances for our retail supply location, integrating its Point of Sale system into QuickBooks
✅ Provide light collections support while maintaining strong relationships with customers
