Our Healthcare-Adjacent client HQ in the Baltimore-Metro area has added several pivotal executive positions over the past 2 years and will complete the total-enhancement of the Finance & Operations team with the addition of the Director, Revenue Cycle.
This well run organization has been transformed completely with the hire of a tremendous CEO nearly a decade ago. All layers of the organization have upgraded talent and technology and as a result the company has expanded considerably.
The Director, Revenue Cycle will have the seat at the Executive Table for all things Revenue. The chosen candidate will love developing a small team and implementing large scale process improvements.
All Healthcare Revenue Cycle professionals who have led teams and worked strategically in the Revenue space should apply.
The chosen candidate will enjoy quality of life that doesn't generally exist in the Revenue world. The role is critical so it will be fairly compensated, however, the volume is much lower than most revenue cycle environments so you'll quickly gain a good handle on things and make a rapid impact.
