The candidate must have excellent customer service skills, computer literacy, ability to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment. On-site paid training is provided to all new Alarm Dispatchers. Spanish-speaking candidates are a plus!
- Hiring for multiple candidates on the following shifts: (7AM - 3PM, 3PM - 11PM, 11PM - 7AM)
Responsibilities:
- Process emergency signals quickly, professionally, and accurately in high stress situations
- Data entry of new subscribers, updates, and changes to existing customers
- Process inbound Answering Service calls on behalf of customers
- Process inbound calls for Customers or Subscribers regarding emergency signal testing and signal or alarm history
- Low level technical support to assist subscribers with alarms, trouble history and common system issues
- Process inbound calls from Authority Agencies
Job Type: Full-Time
Expected Hours: 40/week

Training Details:
Training Duration: 2 Weeks
Training Hours: 9 AM - 3 PM, Monday – Friday
