About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Specialist to provide essential support to our HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in managing HR operations, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This role will help ensure smooth HR functions while enhancing the employee experience and supporting strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day HR support, including responding to employee inquiries related to policies, HRIS, payroll, benefits, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee handbooks, HR policies, and performance-related documents.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives, such as policy updates, compensation reviews, and employee engagement programs.
- Assist in coordinating and tracking employee training programs, including compliance and policy training.
- Help maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Support performance management processes by preparing documentation such as performance improvement plans (PIPs) and tracking employee evaluations.
- Assist with data collection and reporting on HR metrics, such as turnover, retention, and engagement survey results.
- Work closely with HRBPs to coordinate and execute employee relations activities, including investigations and conflict resolution.
- Partner with HR teams and local management to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience.
- Participate in HR projects aimed at improving efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-4 years of HR experience in a coordinator role.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
- Experience with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and HR reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment is a plus.
