About the Role:
The Plumbing Operations Manager is a key leadership position responsible for driving results through day-to-day management of service and support teams in residential services business units.
As a leader, you will assist the General Manager in optimizing the team through training, development, recruiting, and retention.
- Maintain high standards for quality of work, holding staff accountable for delivering value to customers.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and product line offerings.
- Attract, recruit, and retain top talent in the region.
- Monitor and implement processes aligned with company objectives in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement organizational systems and processes to enhance work efficiency.
- Maintain relationships with regional partners, including suppliers, realtors, inspectors, municipality employees, and subcontractors.
- Work closely with the call center, dispatch, and sales departments to maximize job capacity.
- Act as a mentor to encourage individual growth.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of successful management and related technical experience.
- Prior experience in plumbing, focusing on residential services and customer interaction.
- Journeyman Plumber or Master Plumber preferred.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Able to learn new service software.
