As a Sales Team Leader, you'll be responsible for making sales calls to small and medium-sized businesses within your designated territory. Your role will involve conducting face-to-face meetings with decision-makers to introduce them to our products. As you become proficient in our systems and achieve success, you'll transition into a leadership role. In this phase of your career, you'll spend part of your week actively participating in sales activities while also providing training and leadership to other team members. As the Sales Team Leader you will ensure the success of the team by providing support and driving sales growth. Prior experience in sales, leadership or business development is required.
