We are seeking a Sr. Attorney with substantial experience designing, managing, drafting, and implementing estate plans, trust administration, probate, and entity formation. A portable book of business is a plus but not required. This is primarily an in-office position with an opportunity for a hybrid schedule for the right candidate.

Compensation :
150,000 - $200,000 yearly
Responsibilities : Essential Duties :
Case Management
- Manage probate administration files and staff from beginning to end (Guardianship experience is a plus)
- Lead and oversee the estate planning process ideally with exposure to t special needs planning
- Advise clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing their situation, and forming a strategy for a plan of action
- Review, refine, and provide strategic input on legal documents.
- Independently handle day-to-day decision-making on assigned cases
- Take primary responsibility for decision-making on high-stakes and complex legal matters
- Develop case strategy and provide leadership and direction to attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants regarding casework
- Handle key court appearances
- Regularly communicate with clients and third parties to effectively move cases forward and to a successful conclusion
- Perform weekly case reviews to ensure clients receive proactive communication
- Contemporaneous entry of notes and billable time into the Firm’s Case Management System
