This includes managing multiple stakeholders, developing project schedules, and coordinating with construction workers and subcontractors.

- Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, including creating schedule look-aheads and tracking progress.
- Team Leadership: Coach and develop project Foremen, Foremen in Training, and Leadmen to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality policies and procedures as outlined by Legacy Talent Partners and the customer.
- Risk Management: Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks associated with the project.
