Key Responsibilities:

• Install, calibrate, and maintain chemical dispensing equipment at client locations.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Provide training to clients on the proper use and safety protocols of chemical products and dispensing systems.
• Monitor chemical inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishments.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during service visits.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address client needs and concerns.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in installing and servicing chemical dispensing systems or similar equipment.
• Strong understanding of chemical products and their safe handling procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel to client sites within the assigned region.
