Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the company's long-term and mid-term strategy deployment processes.
- Facilitate and support annual Hoshin planning processes at site and functional levels.
- Lead value stream mapping and value chain mapping events to support annual planning and budgeting processes.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Operations, Product Engineering & Development, Supply Chain, and Sales, to align, select, prioritize, and plan Lean & Six Sigma projects and kaizen targets.
- Develop, coordinate, and manage Lean & Six Sigma training plans to support annual project and kaizen targets.
- Lead high-impact Lean & Six Sigma Black Belt projects (~$500K /project) identified during the annual Hoshin planning process.
- Facilitate the deployment of the company's Production System (SPS) and drive SPS KPIs and goals across the enterprise.
- Conduct Lean & Six Sigma training courses for various belt levels and assist in the development and improvement of training materials.
- Establish and deploy the company's Lean & Six Sigma Program maturity growth roadmap.
- Define Lean & Six Sigma Program KPIs, goals, and metrics, and implement and manage the Belt Program.
- Coach and support the implementation of the SPS and drive belt certification goals and performance across the enterprise.
- Manage Lean & Six Sigma project decks and funnels to ensure operational and financial goals are met.
- Assist site management and personnel with analysis and improvement of asset utilization, line flow constraint analysis, and improvement.
- Conduct benchmarking and analysis on Lean & Six Sigma practices; identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Lean & Six Sigma Black Belt certification required; Master Black Belt certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading Lean & Six Sigma initiatives in a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of successfully leading high-impact projects with significant financial benefits.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in statistical analysis software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across various functions and levels within the organization.
- Willingness to travel as required to support projects and training across multiple locations.
