Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for new equipment, integrating them into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Accurately define maintenance tasks, estimating labor hours, tools, and resources required for various work orders.
- Standardize and prepare preventive maintenance schedules aligned with organizational goals across all sites.
- Serve as the primary liaison between maintenance and operations, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate planned downtimes to minimize mean time between failures and reduce production schedule disruptions.
- Support sites in establishing maintenance workforce objectives and goals.
- Assist sites in consolidating spare parts inventories to optimize stock levels.
- Lead global updates and provide continuous training on the CMMS across all locations.
- Administer and document all changes within the CMMS, ensuring compliance with controlled document processes.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives for preventive maintenance tasks.
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance records across all sites.
- Utilize CMMS data to generate regular reports on maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each site.
- Create dashboards highlighting equipment maintenance status, including metrics such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), availability, and preventive maintenance completion rates.
- Act as the Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) Champion for the organization.
