Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately mix rubber compounds based on specifications.
  • Monitor the quality of mixed compounds to ensure consistency and uniformity.
  • Operate and maintain mixing equipment safely.
  • Document all mixing processes and ingredient batches.
  • Collaborate with production teams to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in rubber mixing or manufacturing.
• Ability to work with various rubber materials and compounds.
• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Able to use a tape measurer

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in varying environments, including cold storage or production areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs as needed.
