Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate rubber extrusion machines according to job specifications.
• Monitor production processes to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain product specifications and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished products for defects and compliance with quality standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Document production data and report any mechanical or quality issues to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in rubber extrusion or a similar manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical instructions.
• Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs and stand for extended periods.
