Key Responsibilities :
- Installation and Maintenance : Perform installation and highly skilled maintenance and repairs of CNC machinery at customers' facilities.
- Troubleshooting : Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot issues with CNC equipment, including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems.
- Preventive Maintenance : Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of machinery.
- Customer Support : Provide technical support and training to customers on proper operation and maintenance of CNC equipment.
- Documentation : Maintain detailed records of services performed, including repairs, installations, and maintenance activities.
- Travel : Travel extensively to customer locations within the Pacific Northwest; some overnight travel is required.
