Key Responsibilities :
Financial Planning and Analysis : Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
Reporting : Prepare and present regular financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics, to senior management.
Data Analysis : Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to gather data and provide financial insights.
Ad Hoc Analysis : Conduct special financial analyses as requested by management to support decision-making.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial software is a plus.
Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze complex financial data and present findings clearly.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
