Qualified Applicants will have:
- Bachelors degree in Manufacturing, Production, or related field
- 12 years of proven experience in plant management, in food processing industry
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and food safety standards
- Proficient in budget management and cost-reduction strategies
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly
- Ability to use a computer and appropriate supporting software packages
- Working as part of a team using verbal and written communication
- Great work ethic and teamwork skills.
JOB DETAILS:
- Location: Firebaugh, CA
- Pay: $190,000/year to $210,000/year
